Temperance started as a mobile café but has since evolved into a full-fledged Neapolitan pizza truck. Inspired by the traditional pizzerias of Naples, we craft every pizza with the perfect balance of crispy, airy crust, rich San Marzano tomato sauce, and fresh mozzarella—all fired up in their wood-burning oven.

These days, he operates a 3,000lb, 12ft, steel reverse flow smoker, built in Guntersville, Alabama.
